Hi, as soon as I insert Web Stunning Photo Gallery into a page, it'll disable all of my web site's hyperlinks. It only happens when tested in IE and Avant locally, in FF works fine. The site is still in development so no web address is available yet. I'm using Dreamweaver CS5 to build it. Please help!

I've created new page in Dreamweaver CS5.
Inserted couple of links.
Inserted the photo gallery.
Tested in IE8.
Don't see any problem, all links still working.

Hi, well I can send you my code if you want, just let me know. Besides I've fixed the problem with hyperlinks. I had to remove the following line from the gallery code: "<!-- saved from url=(0014)about:internet -->"
that's made my hyperlinks working back again.
By the way, when I insert the gallery into my code, my web page will not pass markup validation test as XHTML 1.0 Transitional. It'll show a few errors and warnings on the validator web page as there's no "amp;" symbols after "&" symbol in the following lines:
<param name="FlashVars" value="_configXMLPath=Gallery_files/config.xml&_imageListXMLPath=Gallery_files/image_list.xml" /> and
<param name="FlashVars" value="_configXMLPath=Gallery_files/config.xml&_imageListXMLPath=Gallery_files/image_list.xml" />. I had to add it manually, and it'll validate then, but gallery keeps resetting it back every time I'm changing settings or adding new pics to it.
Additionally when I open my code in Microsoft Expression Web 4 it'll show a few warnings on me:
1. There are two invalid tags "<!--[if !IE]>-->" in the code 'cause they have an extra angle brackets in them.
2. attribute "border" is now considered to be an outdated one
<p><a href="http://www.adobe.com/go/getflashplayer"><img border="0" [/b]src="http://www.adobe.com/images/shared/download_buttons/get_flash_player.gif" alt="Download flash player"/></a></p>
As soon as I fixed those little things, everything is showing good again in EW4 and on the W3.org

Yeah, I'm having the same problem. Every time I make a change to the player it produces the '<!--<![endif]-->' with extra '<'.

I have to fix the generated code every time.

Is there a fix for this?

I hope Admin is working on it, 'cause otherwise gallery is really cool, I like it By the way I had to add that MOW to an every page of my web site rather than removing it from the gallery, which has the same effect: all of the hyperlinks are up and working back again....

Maybe it's a question for Adobe Support.
Why Dreamweaver generate such a code?

You will get the same code in Dreamweaver not only with our extension.

Try ot insert any SWF file. Insert => Media => SWF (in Dreamweaver CS5 or CS4).

However I don't see any problem with the code.
It's just comment tags and they do not affect.
