I would like the ability to take video info from a database instead of xml playlist. I am using php to do mysql queries. Without the flash project files I can not change the flash varibles in player.swf to make this work. Great looking player I must admit.

Of course you can.
But not instead of XML.
You database or php script can return XML data.
