I am creating a multimedia CD with one FLV file embedded into an HTML page. When I click the button to play the FLV I get an error that states "Missing File(s)...Video(folder)/filename.flv". When I click on the "Video/filename.flv" string I get prompted to save or play the file. It then plays fine. The computers I am using are my company's computers with McAfee but I don' think that is the problem.

I have pasted the code of the html page below. It seems that others may have had a similar issue with Missing Files but I haven't been able to find the problem with my code. I am using Webstunnig FLVPlayer v4.3.8. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
Regards,
Andy

Try to use the latest version of the flv player.
We've fixed similar issue some time ago.

Big Nik,
I bought the new latest version. The video now works but the skins are not installing when I insert the player into a new or old HTML file (no Skin folder is being installed). All I get is the Default skin. When I select one of the other skins I get sent to http://webstunning.com/flv-player/upgrade/ which says "404 Page Not Found".
Also, even though the video is working, I still get a missing file message when in the Preview tab. What's up?

Please advise.
Andy

It seems that you are using Single Domain version wich include only one default skin.
We've fixed the upgrade page.

What file is missing?
Can you copy the file URL from the error message?
