I want to make a page with the video player and links from other pages (on the same website) to the specific videos in the playlist, so they start when one presses the button. Is that possible?

There are two ways,

if you have all videos in the playlist, pass the number as a parameter

http://www.site.com/playerPage.htm?movie=1
http://www.site.com/playerPage.htm?movie=2
http://www.site.com/playerPage.htm?movie=3

(Where movie=number in playlist )

If you don't have all video files in the playlist

http://www.site.com/playerPage.htm?movie=video1.flv
http://www.site.com/playerPage.htm?movie=video2.flv
http://www.site.com/playerPage.htm?movi ... video3.flv

To make these parameters work you'll need additional Javascript.
