Hello,

I have been experimenting with this program. I had a short video in .mp4 format and created the player. I uploaded to one of my sites and the player works fine, after I figured out what it wanted in file locations. I have the html page in a sub folder.

Anyway, it works, but it appears to wait and load the entire video before proceeding with the playing of the video. The video is only 4.5megs in size, but that still represents a significant lag time.

Is there a setting I am missing or should the video be in .flv format?

You have standart problem with metadata in your video file. Please read some articles from our helpdesk:
